Refund and Returns Policy

BlossomYes is committed to making customers 100% satisfied! To ensure that you get the best products, every product produced by BlossomYes has been strictly inspected by a professional team before it is delivered to you or the recipient!
​However, even with our best efforts, the unexpected cannot be completely avoided.
If you find any problems with the products purchased at BlossomYes. Please take photos to record the relevant parts of the problem and contact us immediately contact us, we will follow up for you in order to find the best solution.

Product problem

Generally, we will take pictures of the delivered products and send them to the customer’s WhatsApp or email address. If there are reasonable reasons, we are willing to make changes for you*. If you want to return the product, please within 2 hours after receiving the product (based on the delivery time. Because flower products are easily affected by the environment and handling methods, problem discovered after two hours would be out of our guarantee. Please forgive us for any inconvenience) contact us to request and tell us the reason for the return and return the product to our store on the same day. (The freight cost incurred in the middle is not covered by the guarantee)
If you need further return instructions, please contact us first, and no return requests without prior notice will not be accepted.
After the return, we will arrange reshipment for you as soon as possible (within two days). If you want a refund, the payment will be deducted from the administrative and flower costs (50%), afterFunds will be credited back to your bank account or PayPal / Stripe account within 14 working days.

Typographical error

Manually process the order, or there may be clerical errors. If there is a printing error in the greeting card, in general, there will be a spare blank card with it. Customers may fill in the spare card. If the card cannot be rewritten due to some special circumstances, such as the customer is not in Hong Kong, please contact us, we will send the card again by post mail within servals day.

In general, the large A3size greeting card for flower basket or fruit hamper will be sent to the customer before printing. We can make a revision once. If it needs to be changed again, there may be errors in manual processing of the order, so please minimize the number of changes. We may also charge for multiple changes. Corresponding re-printing fee ($20 per piece). If it is found that there is a printing error in the delivered greeting card:
i: if the customer has not made any changes and we handle the error, we will bear the responsibility for the error, to deliver greeting cards again as soon as possible for the guests.
ii: If there is an error in the typesetting due to changes made to the greeting card, we can reprint it for the customer, but the cost of redelivery will be borne by the customer, sorry for the inconvenience.

Change/Cancel Order

If you want to change the style, change the shipping address or change the delivery date and time, please contact us at least 48 hours before delivery. Remember to include your order number!
Delayed delivery, please contact us for enquiry, Changes to orders may incur additional floral or delivery charges.

i: The date of change is within two days. Generally, we can reserve the order for customers and send it out within two days.

ii. If you notify us of the change of delivery date (more than two days later) two working days in advance (special flower products* or materials ordered more than a week ago), we will charge up to 30% of the original price* of the flower materials .

iii. Notify us before 7:30 p.m. the day before delivery or pick-up to change the delivery date (extended by more than two days), or you will be charged up to 50% of the original price of the flower and surcharges.

iv. The delivery date of an order cannot be changed on the day of delivery. If delivery is not possible, the flowers will be returned or kept in the factory or store, and guests can pick them up within two days. If you need to re-delivery, you can pay an additional shipping fee, which will be charged according to the market price.

If you want to cancel the order, you need to contact us within 24 hours after ordering (no cancellation for urgent orders within 48 hours), and an administrative fee of no more than 15% may be charged if the order is successfully canceled. For order placed after 24 hours, since we have already scheduled production for you or ordered flowers from flower market, canceling the order will cause an additional fee, generally only can be refunded 50% to 70%.

Urgent order without communication

All order processing and production takes time. For general flower products, we need to book two days in advance (except for the same day and next day styles). If the customer does not give us enough time to arrange and paid for the order, we may not be able to fulfill the delivery date and time. The order may delayed delivery. We will usually contact the customer to confirm the delivery date. If the delay delivery date and time is not accepted and the order needs to be canceled, we will not be able to refund the handling fee of stripe or paypal (~5%). Sorry for the inconvenience. If we fail to contact the customer, we will presuppose delivery in two days. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be considered as completed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
*Because the flower materials are often affected by the season, we may find the corresponding flower materials instead without further notice if necessary. If the order is not on the same day, we can usually prepare the flower materials for you in advance, so we can have more time to find The most suitable flowers. On the contrary, the shorter the production time, the more difficult it will be to prepare the lining flower materials. We will try our best to find the most similar lining flower materials, but there is no guarantee. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Products returned without contacting us will be disposed of as waste without prior notice.
